I was born and raised in Johannesburg, and currently I am a Ph.D. student at Wits University. My field of study is geography and environmental sciences. I am currently working with National Geographic’s Okavango Wilderness Project as part of my Ph.D. I have a passion for education and teach geography part-time. In my final year of high school, I earned the Sportsman of the Year award for my exceptional sportsmanship and sporting ability. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing sports, and watching nature documentaries – especially those presented by David Attenborough.
